Far East Consortium’s (FEC’s) landmark development in Canary Wharf, Aspen at Consort Plance, marked a momentous occasion with the topping out ceremony of its highly anticipated mixed-use development in Canary Wharf.

Standing 65 storeys high, this visionary new development is set to redefine urban living. Positioned within Consort Place, a new destination, the scheme will feature an awe-inspiring combination of residential, retail, commercial and recreational spaces, resulting in superb lifestyle amenities and setting a new standard in living. This momentous event, was attended by key stakeholders from FEC and JRL Group including Wendy Chiu, Managing Director, Global Project at FEC, Nick Poon, Head of Projects at FEC along with John Reddington, Founder at JRL Group and Kevin Keegan, Director at JRL Group.

The topping out ceremony is a tradition in the construction industry, which symbolises the installation of the highest structural element. Attendees gathered to witness this pivotal moment and the collaborative effort that brought this ambitious vision to life.

Designed by renowned Pilbrow and Partners architects, once complete, Aspen will be one of the tallest residences in London, offering 502 homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. With its world-class architecture and interior design, its striking glass façade at a staggering 217 meters and the verdant setting of Consort Place, Aspen is proving to be a captivating addition to Canary Wharf, with its sleek and contemporary design seamlessly integrating into the existing cityscape.
